Callback error log
Problem
Your IoT platform or server stopped receiving data from your device(s).
Solution
It might happen that your callbacks are not being transmitted correctly due to a communication problem between the Sigfox Backend and your IoT platform or server. You can check the error log by proceeding as follows:
- Go to the Device Type that contains the impacted devices.
- Click on Callbacks within the left side menu.
- If any Callback errors, you will find a button in the "Error" column next to the Callback.
