When registering a device that has been previously registered, then a transfer takes place. You can monitor the status of this transfer.
- Browse to the Device type tab.
- Click on the target Device type name.
- In the left-handed menu go to Devices being transferred.
Please be aware that registering devices in a new group will cause 15 minute service interruption, the loss of its ongoing token and its message history.
When will your device be transferred for good?
As this transfer causes a 15 minute service interruption, this transfer will be effective 15 minutes after the displayed Start time. Your device will then be displayed and its messages will be delivered again.
