Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to the new Sigfox Support Portal following this URL :

  2. Enter your login and password :

  3. Go to and click on your SNO Service Desk link.

  4. Here is the right place to send a request to Sigfox. You can also find a solution among all the articles present in the Sigfox knowledge base.

  5. Raise your request : example below on Service request mode

  6. If you want to follow your request(s), you can directly access to your own tickets with the request button on the top right corner below :
