Restart a device subscription

At the end of its subscription period (also named token duration), a device might try to renew it. If it is unable to do so, it will switch to off-contract.

This status can be exited for a single device, for a whole device type or for every device associated to a contract.

Restarting a single device subscription

In order to restart a single device subscription, you have to:

  1. Go to the Device tab
  2. Click on a device ID
  3. Click on the Restart button

Restarting a whole device type

In order to restart subscription for all the devices of a device type, you have to:

  1. Go to the Device type tab
  2. Click on the Device type name
  3. Click on the Restart button

Restarting an entire contract

In order to restart subscription for all the devices belonging to the device types associated to a contract, you have to:

  1. Access the contract information page:

      • From the Group tab by clicking on the group name and then on Associated contracts
      • From the Device type information page by clicking on the contract name
      • From the device information page by clicking on the contract name

  2. Click on Restart
