Restart a device subscription
At the end of its subscription period (also named token duration), a device might try to renew it. If it is unable to do so, it will switch to off-contract.
This status can be exited for a single device or for a whole device type.
Restarting a single device subscription
In order to restart a single device subscription, you have to:
- Go to the Device tab
- Click on a device ID
- Click on the Restart button
Restarting a whole device type
In order to restart subscription for all the devices of a device type, you have to:
- Go to the Device type tab
- Click on the Device type name
- Click on the Restart button
